U.S. shipping & duties

Shipping charges
Orders are shipped from Japan by EMS. Shipping includes delivery and customs processing fees, calculated once per order based on the merchandise subtotal after discounts.
Duties & import taxes
Applicable duties and import taxes are calculated and collected at checkout, separately from the merchandise price and shipping. We arrange advance payment of duties when preparing your shipment.
When your order ships
Regular items are dispatched within 5 calendar days after payment is completed. Pre-order items are dispatched according to the shipping schedule stated on the product page.
These periods refer to dispatch of physical items from our store, not delivery to your address. Please allow additional time for delivery after dispatch.

These are our Japanese-yen configuration rates. Currency conversion and rounding may result in amounts or rate bands that differ from calculations based on JPY prices. The shipping charge shown at checkout is the final amount.

The merchandise subtotal excludes shipping, duties and taxes. Duties and import taxes are calculated separately from these shipping rates. Digital-only orders have no shipping charge.
Before you order
How is shipping calculated for multiple items?
Shipping is calculated once per order based on the merchandise subtotal after discounts, rather than adding a handling fee to each item. We do not charge additional shipping solely because the parcel is larger or heavier.
Are duties and customs processing fees the same?
No. Duties and import taxes are taxes on imported goods. Customs processing fees are included in shipping; duties and import taxes are shown separately at checkout.
Does this also apply to Japan or other countries?
This information applies to orders requiring delivery to the United States. Shipping conditions for Japan and other destinations are different.
What if I buy digital and physical items together?
For orders containing physical items, digital items are also included in the merchandise subtotal used to determine the shipping rate. Digital-only orders do not require delivery and have no shipping charge.
What if an item is defective or incorrect?
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery. If your entire order is returned and refunded because of a defective item or an error in our shipment, we will refund the full amount you paid to us, including product prices, shipping and processing fees, duties, and import taxes. We also cover necessary return shipping costs. For partial returns or exchanges, we will review the circumstances and explain the resolution individually. Please contact us before returning any items. Your rights under applicable law are not limited.
