Shipping and import charges
Dispatch timing
Regular items are dispatched within 5 calendar days after payment is completed. Pre-order items are dispatched according to the shipping schedule stated on the product page.
These periods refer to dispatch from our store, not delivery to your address. Please allow additional time for delivery after dispatch.
Shipping within Japan
Shipping within Japan is based on the product subtotal after discounts: free for JPY 0 or JPY 1,200 or more, and JPY 198 for JPY 1–1,199. Digital-only orders have no shipping charge.
Shipping to the United States
We ship from Japan via Japan Post EMS. The U.S. shipping charge includes delivery and customs-processing fees. It is calculated once per order based on the product subtotal after discounts, excluding shipping, duties and taxes, rather than separately for each item.
Your final shipping charge is shown at checkout before you place your order. Digital-only orders have no shipping charge. If you purchase digital products together with physical products, digital products are included in the product subtotal used to calculate shipping.
The same shipping rates apply to reward items shipped to the United States. Shipping is charged separately even when points reduce the reward item price to zero. If you order regular products together with a reward item, shipping is based on the product subtotal after discounts.
JPY rate settings (for reference)
The table below shows our shipping tiers configured in Japanese yen. Currency conversion and rounding apply when paying in U.S. dollars or another currency, so the applicable tier may differ from what you would expect using the Japanese-yen catalog prices alone. Please use the amount shown at checkout as your final shipping charge.

The shipping charges in the table do not include duties or import taxes. We do not charge additional shipping fees solely because of the package size or weight.
U.S. duties and import taxes
Applicable duties and import taxes are calculated and collected separately from the product price and shipping charge at checkout. We arrange prepayment before dispatch. If you receive a request for additional import charges during delivery, please contact us with the details of the request.
Other international destinations
Our existing destination-based shipping rates continue to apply. Please check your shipping charge at checkout. The U.S. shipping and processing rate table does not apply to other destinations. Additional duties or taxes may apply under the destination's rules.
Digital products
Orders containing only digital products do not require shipping and have no shipping charge. Printed paper patterns are physical products that require shipping.
