Shipping charges
Shipping within Japan is based on the product subtotal after discounts: free for JPY 0 or JPY 1,200 or more, and JPY 198 for JPY 1–1,199.
United States: A separate shipping charge applies, including EMS delivery and customs-processing fees. It is based on the product subtotal after discounts. Please check the amount shown at checkout, which reflects currency conversion and rounding.
Other international destinations: Our existing destination-based shipping rates apply. Please check the amount shown at checkout.
No shipping charge applies to orders containing only digital products.
Charges in addition to product prices
International orders incur the shipping charges described above. Customs-processing fees for U.S. orders are included in the shipping charge. Cancellations, returns and refunds
As a general policy, we do not accept change-of-mind cancellations after payment, even before shipment. For defective or incorrect items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
